Returns Policy:

Refunds and returns are only applicable if the item is defective. In such cases, please contact us at azyrum.help@hotmail.com.

Discounted/Misprinted Products: All sales are final for discounted or misprinted products. However, if the product is defective or damaged, it may be exchanged for a new one or store credit.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Return shipping is not covered by us. Please contact us at azyrum.help@hotmail.com before sending the item back.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For orders outside the UK, be aware of potential variable fees such as customs or taxes that you may need to pay. We are not responsible for these fees. If you fail to pay these fees, and the item is lost, it is your responsibility. If the item is returned to us, you will need to repay for the delivery or request a refund, which includes a 25% restock fee (due to the item being made to order).
